A man recently encountered WNBA star Kelsey Plum in Los Angeles, didn’t recognize her, and the whole exchange was amazing. Naturally, we are aware of this since he recorded the whole event and posted it on TikTok.
Plum, a three-time WNBA All-Star, two-time Olympic gold medalist, and two-time WNBA champion, was involved in a three-team trade in February that included the Los Angeles Sparks, Las Vegas Aces, and Seattle Storm, resulting in her relocation to La La Land. This likely clarifies why the man unexpectedly encountered her on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.
“Just a quick question for you.” “How are you?” the man known as @jackbanana on TikTok inquired as he approached Kelsey Plum. “I noticed individuals capturing pictures alongside you.” “Are you well-known?”
“No,” Plum responds with a smile.
“May I know your name?” he subsequently inquired.
