After four unforgettable years with the Detroit Lions, wide receivers coach Antwaan Randle El has bid farewell as he takes on his new role as Assistant Head Coach and Wide Receivers Coach for the Chicago Bears.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, Randle El shared his appreciation for the opportunity to work with the team and its dedicated fanbase.
“The past four years with the Detroit Lions have been an incredible journey!” Randle El wrote, applauding the growth of the wide receiver corps, particularly the 2024-2025 group, whom he warmly referred to as “My Guys.”
He also expressed gratitude toward Lions owner Sheila Ford-Hamp, general manager Brad Holmes, and head coach Dan Campbell for their support throughout his tenure in Detroit.
Randle El concluded his message with excitement for the road ahead: “Signing off, A new chapter begins,” signaling his next career move.
As Lions fans, we appreciate his impact, especially in developing young stars like Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams. His leadership will not be forgotten as the team continues its rise.
However, with Randle El now joining forces with Ben Johnson and the Chicago Bears, he has officially become the enemy!
